Simply Honest Food

So who are we? We are a well established award winning catering company based in Navan, Co Meath. JM Food services is owned and run by husband and wife team John and Rosita Moyles. John and Rosita established JM Food Services in 2003 and since then have built a solid and growing business.
JM Food Services is not your standard catering company, our versatility gives us many strings to our bow. Here at JM Food Services we not only cater for a variety of parties and events, we also cater for local businesses, corporate events, school canteens, local shops, bars, restaurants, festivals and weddings.
Our head office and factory is based in Mullaghboy Industrial Estate, here we have full hot and cold delicatessan shop open to the public Monday – Saturday.
In 2014 we opened ‘Simply Honest Food Hall’ in Navan Town Centre, creating our retail brand and reputation for quality food and service. In December 2019 we re-located to Kennedy Road as Simply Honest Café offering more seating and a bigger menu, yet retaining the brand and quality.
Giving Back:
Many will also be aware that John and Rosita, once established wanted to assist others with setting up a new product / food business, so they offered a shared kitchen facility. The Community Kitchen concept emerged in the US as a unique way to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with time-share access to production facilities and the opportunity to start and expand specialty food and catering businesses without the prohibitive cost of building their own commercial kitchen.
In the factory kitchen John and Rosita provided a culinary incubator consisting of a well-equipped ground floor production space available to rent on a timeshare basis for low risk food production e.g. jam making, preserving, bakery etc and onsite culinary and food production training. Entrepreneurs were able to hire the facility only when needed – by the hour, by the day etc. and pay only for the time that they use the facility and the level of equipment that they use. Clients just needed to bring their own ingredients and packaging and can start production immediately without the prohibitive cost of building their own commercial kitchen. Everything from pots and pans to cooking to freezing is available for their use.
With the growth of JM Food Services overall as company, this facility is no longer available due to the increased demand on its kitchen.
